Budget Health Check

Schools and Academies are tasked with delivering a 21st century curriculum, providing inspirational learning environments, meeting the training needs of new teachers to the profession whilst still trying to balance the budget! Our SLEs have the experience of being Trust Directors in both the primary and secondary sectors and can offer a bespoke budget review service including: working to a specific budget focus area of your choice,
assisting with budget planning, reviewing staffing structures and assisting with staffing structure reviews.
